Our customer service is available:

Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00 and on Fridays from 08:30 to 17:00.

If the product is in stock, a tick will appear next to the product stating: "In stock". If the product is not in stock, there will be a period indicated next to the product, for example: "Delivery time approx. 2-3 weeks". These are often products that are made to order.

  2. Please include the product number in your mail. This always starts with ISI and can be found on our site next to the delivery time of the product.
  3. Add additional information such as dimensions, type of products, etc.

  2. Order number (You will find it in your order confirmation mail) and
  3. The name you used in your order in the mail.

  2. Mention the product number begining with ISI in your e-mail. This can be found on our site next to the delivery time of the product.
  3. Please add additional information to make it easy for us (dimensions, type of product etc., as indicated in the questions 5.1 to 5.5).

Tell us the toilet product number. if you cannot find this then

  1. Write down the dimensions of the toilet seat (width, length and distance from the toilet seat) and put them in the mail.

  2. Tell us whether it is a 1-hole tap, built-in tap, 3-hole tap. Also,  what kind of tap it is (shower, bathtub, sink, kitchen).

We need the product number of the tap. We need this number to check compatibility.

No questions concerning a (spare) part can be processed without the product number. We need this number to check compatibility.

Each manufacturer has its own way of referring to the type of corner bath. The most effective way for us to help you is when we receive the manufacturer number from you. You can find this on the manufacturer's website.
