Hello, we have a Danline whirlpools jacuzzi bath and somehow we've lost the plug. The handle we turn to pull the plug up or down says Hansgrohe. It is an old model I.e. about 20 yrs old. I wonder if you please recommend a model replacement? Thank you

My bath plug will not stay down and seal the bath. It us rarely used as I usually shower so it's not had a lot of use. Why would it suddenly stop working?

Dear Liz,

Before you do anything else, you might want to check that the rod is correctly adjusted, as you may have stepped on it while taking a shower and this may have upset the height of the cover. If it doesn't work, I suggest you change the part.
