You want to return a product because the colour doesn’t match your bathroom quite as well as you thought it would? No problem! You want to return an order because you changed your mind? Of course! Just take a look here at our return policy!
• You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) to us. Once this period passed, your return request may be refused.
• It is possible to exchange an item by returning the wrong one and then ordering the right one (shipping costs can apply).
• The item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused, uninstalled and still with all its spare parts. The packaging cannot be damaged. If one or more than one of those criteria isn't met, a full refund cannot be guaranteed.
• If you do not wish to use our return services, it's also possible to return the item(s) by your own means. The costs are then at your expense. Due to Brexit regulations, you have to take care of the customs declaration, otherwise your package will automatically come back to you. To ease the work at our warehouse, please inform our customer service that you did so and send us the tracking number of the shipment.
• Please note that the sender is always responsible for the shipment, it's therefore important to make sure that the item is properly packed so it doesn't arrive damaged at our warehouse. In the case of a damaged return, we can't guarantee a full refund.
Small items - Packages
1. Contact our customer service team by email at [email protected], please make sure to send some pictures of both the product and the original packaging.
2. Our logistics' team then have a look at your request and decide whether we can do the return. If your request doesn't meet our return criteria (damaged packaging, installed item, etc.), we will refuse the return.
3. If the team accept the return, you will then receive a return label by email with some instructions on how to proceed.
4. Please don't place the label on the original packaging. The sender is responsible for the return, so please make sure that the item is properly packed.
5. You can then drop off the parcel at the DHL collection point of your choice.
6. Once we receive the item, our logistics' team will check the state of both the item and the packaging. If your return meets our return policy, you will be refunded within 7 to 14 days. Please note that the shipping costs of the return will be deduced from your refund.
Large items - Pallets
1. Returns for large items delivered on a pallet cannot be arranged at the moment due to Brexit. We apologise for the inconvenience. For further information, please contact our Customer Service Team.
