Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are in place to protect you and iSi GmbH, the operating company of SuperBath.co.uk.
Here we detail our commitment to you and provide a few simple guidelines to make your purchase as smooth as possible. SuperBath works extremely hard to ensure that our prices are kept as low as possible. In order to continue offering all of our customers these low prices, please take a minute to read through the terms and conditions below, before you complete your purchase with SuperBath.
If you are unsure or have any issues with our terms and conditions outlined below, please do not hesitate to email our customer support team who will be more than happy to answer your queries by reply and keep any enquiries on file. Please read all sections of the terms and conditions thoroughly. By placing an order through our website, you are accepting the terms and conditions explained below. If you do not agree to these terms then you may not use our site.
2. Your customer status
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
- You are resident in the UK; and
- You are accessing our site from the UK
3. Delivery of goods
The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Do not arrange for a plumber to install the items until they have been delivered and checked for discrepancies and to make sure they are undamaged.
If for any reason expected delivery will exceed 14 days from the date of receipt of order the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order.
Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, iSi GmbH accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so resulting from acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or other factors outside it's control, or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so for reasons of suspicion of credit card fraud or similar, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered.
3.1. Small and Medium items via DHL and the Royal Mail:
Goods are delivered by Royal Mail and may require a signature upon delivery. We put all of our goods on a first class service; however please allow up to 6 days for delivery after dispatch notification
3.2. Large and heavy items via Courrier:
The couriers will attempt delivery at your address, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt. Goods delivered by courier will require a signature upon delivery.
Please be advised, a telephone number is required so that we can arrange the delivery of some items. Any failure to provide a valid contact number at the point of purchase may cause significant delay to delivery.
SuperBath will dispatch your item to our courier ready for delivery and email you confirming this. Our transport company will then call you to arrange delivery of your purchase, this will be within 48 hours of dispatch, and you will be able to arrange a suitable day for your delivery. Goods delivered by our transport company will require a signature upon delivery.
Please be advised, a telephone number is required so that we can arrange the delivery of some items. Any failure to provide a valid contact number at the point of purchase may cause significant delay to delivery. Due to the fragile nature of most extra large items, we ask that all items are checked for any obvious signs of damage before you sign for the goods. Any items with significant damage must be refused and signed for as damaged.
4. Cancellation rights
You can cancel an order placed with SuperBath up to 14 working days after placing it. Just send an email to the after sales team requesting the cancellation. If the item has not been delivered the order will be cancelled and a refund processed. If the item has been dispatched we will process the refund when the item has been returned to us. Please see returns for more information regarding delivered items (See below).
All cancellations must be submitted by email, as written confirmation is needed for this to be processed. Cancellations and refunds cannot be dealt with by telephone.
5. Returns and refunds
5.1. Our clients reserve the right to return their order within 15 days of reception. Returns do not need to be justified and will not be charged to our clients, except for the shipping costs if the return label provided by our customer service is not used. Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned in excellent condition and have not been handled or installed by you.
5.2. The right to return your item does not apply to professional clients.
5.3. The time frame allowed for returns is respected if you ship your item and/or inform us of your wish to return your order in this time frame. To notify us of your wish to return your order please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for all order made on www.superbath.co.uk.
5.4. For all returns, you must first contact the Customer Service department of your desire to return an item. This allows us to send you your return label via email.
You can then drop off your parcel at the post office of your choice. If you return the merchandise by using the return label provided to you by us, the shipping costs will be paid by us. If you choose not to use the return label, please send the merchandise to the following address at your expense.

5.5. The merchandise must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in excellent condition to allow for future sales in brand new condition. The products must not have been installed or used. You have the right to open the wrapping and handle the products to the extent that this does not make them unmarketable. All returns that are not returned in excellent condition or with the return label or other adhesive on the original packaging or product will be refused.
5.6. Should you choose to return your item within the time frame, the price of the products will be refunded to you on your original payment method. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and at latest thirty (30) days after the date on which you exercised your right to return the merchandise. You can, if you wish, opt for another refund method (credit or voucher).
6. Product Guarantee
All items supplied by SuperBath have minimum of 2 year guarantee against manufacturing defect unless stated longer. In the unlikely event that damage or faults do occur, we will either:
- Provide a Replacement Part
- Repair the Product
Firstly please report the damage or fault by contact our aftersales by submitting an e-mail with your name, invoice number, item description, date of purchase, payment method and contact telephone number so that we can open a case. The more information you provide, the quicker we will be able to diagnose the problem and reach a resolution. Unfortunately, merely stating that the item is ‘faulty’ is not sufficient information for us to assess the problem and will cause significant delay to resolving the complaint. Photographic evidence of the fault also speeds up the process, as this enables our customer support team to locate the best solution as quickly as possible. Without photographic evidence, we can offer a collection for inspection. If the item is deemed faulty, then we will repair/ replace the item and return it to you. If no fault is found when the item is inspected, you would be liable for both the collection costs, and the cost of returning the item to you.
7. Risk and property
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to you:
- where Goods are to be collected from our premises, from the time you collect the Goods from us; or
- where Goods are to be delivered to you, at the time we deliver them to your premises.
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of responsibility for the Goods to you, the transfer of the ownership of the Goods shall not take place until we receive payment in full and cleared funds for all sums due and owing under the Contract. Until such time that we are in receipt of all sums due and owing, we shall remain the owner of the Goods.
If we fail or delay, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance by you of any of your obligations this does not mean we have given up our rights and we may still require you to comply with your obligations under the Contract.
If we forgive (in writing) any particular default by you of your obligations under a Contract, that does not forgive any subsequent default by you.
If any of these terms and conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Entire agreement
We intend to rely upon these terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of any Contract. While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our duly authorized agents, please make sure you ask for any variations from these terms and conditions to be confirmed in writing.
11. Our right to vary these terms and conditions
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.superbath.co.uk. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of iSi GmbH.
