what is difference please between buying the plug and play version as opposed to buying the bath, apron and feet separately which is cheaper?

The difference is that by buying the plug and play version, the panels are already assembled and of the same material as the bathtub. 

On the opposite, buying the items separately is indeed cheaper but there are not of equal quality.
