How quick can you honestly promise to deliver one of these. This is my 3rd attempt to acquire one, the previous two companies took the money then much later responded 'fallen out of stock', or one in stock 'damaged'. Hopefully, having already sourced for me Grohe bedit thermostat and connecting kit, I might have a hope of ordering from a resiable source

Can you confirm the ACTUAL description of this basin, don't recognise the term 'Inset'! A 3948000H Grohe basin is an 'Undercounter' design, fits under the work surface, not inset into it!
