1. How can I contact you?

Our customer service is available:
Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00
Fridays from 08:30 to 17:00.
2. My order is faulty/missing parts
If your order is faulty or is missing parts, you have 3 days from receipt of your order to notify us. You will always receive a replacement part/product. To help you with this issue, follow these steps:
- Send a message to our SuperService at service@superbath.co.uk with photo or video evidence of the defect.
- If the order needs to be returned, we will send you a return label which you can use to make a free return to a post office of your choice.
- Once we have received your return, our SuperService will inform you of when you can expect your replacement
Please note! Do not install products that are visibly faulty or incomplete.
3. How do I return an order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it. Then you have 14 days to return your order. You can do this as follows:
Small items:
- Contact our SuperService at service@superbath.co.uk.
- Our SuperService will send you a return label with further instructions.
- Once the goods have been received, our team will inspect the items and decide whether you are eligible for a refund or not. Should you be eligible for a refund, our team will decide whether you will receive a partial or full refund.
Please note! The products you return must be in excellent condition.
Large items:
- Contact our SuperService at service@superbath.co.uk.
- Our SuperService will send information for payment of the collection fee.
- When we have received this fee we will start a return collection service.
- Once the goods have been received, our team will inspect the items and decide whether you are eligible for a refund or not. Should you be eligible for a refund, our team will decide whether you will receive a partial or full refund.
Please note! The products you return must be in excellent condition.
4. How do I exchange a item?
(1) Make a return order, as described in question 3, and
(2) place a new order
5. How do I cancel an oder?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@superbath.co.uk.
Mentioning your order number and the name used for the order in your e-mail.
6. When will I receive my order?
For products that are not in stock: We estimate 2 - 3 weeks.
For products that are in stock: These will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours.
Small items: Can be expected within 3 - 5 days after leaving our warehouse.
Large items: Large items are delivered via a pallet service and can be expected 5 - 7 days after leaving our warehouse. A collection date is agreed in consultation.
7. How do I know if a product is in stock?
If the product is in stock, a tick will appear next to the product stating: "In stock". If the product is not in stock, there will be a period indicated next to the product, for example: "Delivery time approx. 2-3 weeks". These are often products that are made to order.
