We do not have a version of this model with a wider shower head.

Concerning the flow risks, here are the elements communicated by the manufacturer

Rainfall flow rate (at 3 bar): 16 l/min

Hand shower jet type: Rain, IntenseRain

Maximum flow rate for shower column at 3 bar: 16 l/min

Minimum flow pressure: 1.2 bar

Minimum operating pressure: 1.2 bar
