How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Please note: Orders placed outside office hours will be processed the next working day.
For items that are not in stock, we do estimate 2-3 weeks for delivery. This includes 2 weeks for the item to be manufactured and then 1 week for delivery to yourself.
If your order contains a mixture of items that are in stock and not in stock, your entire order will be sent out once we have received all items from the manufacturer. If you would like to split the delivery of your order, this can be arranged at a cost.
For items that are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days from ordering and then delivered by the following time frames.
Small items: As long as items are in stock, you should expect to receive your items within 3 - 5 working days after dispatch. Please call 020 3322 9157, and we will assist you in tracking the item.
Large items: Larger items are sent via a palletised courier and will be delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Please note, you will be contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery date and time for delivery to be made.
Please note that for palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. The driver is not insured to take the goods inside your property. It is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
How can I track my delivery?
Small items: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation via email. This will provide you with the tracking code so you can track the delivery of your parcel online. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you further.
Large items: Unfortunately we do not provide tracking codes for palletised deliveries. However, the courier will call you to arrange a delivery date and time within 3 - 5 working days after dispatch. Please note, it is essential that you provide us with a contact number in order for delivery to be made.
What if I’m not at home when my order is being delivered?
If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office or depot for collection. A card should be left by the courier detailing instructions, however we do recommend keeping an eye on the tracking to ensure that delivery is not missed.
In addition, we recommend sending to an address where there is someone in attendance during business hours – that way you are sure to receive your parcel as soon as possible and you won’t need to do any of the running around!

- Payment received: Once the payment has been received your order will be confirmed and sent to our operations team to be processed.
- Order being processed: All orders are processed by our efficient and state of the art software.
- Order being prepared: Within our warehouse, your products will be organised and checked. All products are inspected to make sure they are correct and to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.
- Order dispatched: You order will be dispatched and then delivered to your door by DHL and The Royal Mail.
