We are looking to replace our Villeroy and Boch soft closing toilet seat. We believe the toilet model is a Subway 2.0 although cannot find a model number anywhere on the bowl. We also been advised that the seat model number may be SVB68S10. Can you confirm that this seat will fit the Subway 2.0 and whether you stock this item and the price.

I have a villeroy boch 2.0 soft close toilet seat. The hinge into the broke. I recently ordered new hinges and the same thing happened again. Do you think it’s a fault with the actual toilet seat and I just need to order a whole new kit.

The Soft close system only works with the hinges. I can't say whether it is the hinges or the assembly.

I would suggest that you first check these two elements with the manufacturer's customer service department, especially if you have recently changed the hinges.
