For those with a modern, hardworking kitchen, we have the perfect pull out kitchen tap for you! This stainless steel KWC ONO tap has everything you need to make cooking, cleaning, and working in the kitchen super easy, while looking great at the same time. The elegant and modern design of this tap hides a secret - it has a Neoperl hidden pull out shower spray which can extend up to 700 mm, giving you tons of range and mobility while you work in the kitchen. The tap also features a 360° swivel range which gives you the added flexibility you need in the kitchen. The hose easily locks back into position once you are done using it. The surgical grade hardened stainless steel lever can be installed either on the right- or left-hand side giving you the choice of how you want to install this tap. The tap also features an anti-scalding system which ensures it is always safe to touch, even if it has been running on hot for a long time. My KMC kitchen mixer taps like above has stopped working, water trickling out. Any suggestions?

If your mixer is still under warranty I invite you to contact the seller and to open a claim, if your mixer is no longer under warranty I invite you to contact directly the manufacturer to know the reference of the cartridge. You can also remove and clean the cartridge by yourself.
